All About Me

My name is Tiffany Pickeral. I am a wife to an amazing husband of almost 10 years. I am a mother to 2 amazing kids that keep me on my toes! I am a fur-mom as well to 2 dogs: Nala, a German Shepherd/Lab mix and Harley, a Dachshund, and 2 cats: Moe Moe, an orange tabby and Kit Kat, who we rescued and is a brown tabby as well.

I have always loved animals since I was a little girl and knew that I was going to work with animals, and sure enough I did! I was a Vet Assistant for many years before going back to school to become a Vet Tech. I worked as a Vet Tech for over 5 years - some in clinic and some in emergency medicine.

I am originally from Nebraska and we have lived in Arizona since 2018. I started Shake a Paw in March of 2020 within my neighborhood, soon expanding it to the West Valley. I wanted to come to people's homes to reduce the stress of pets with trimming nails. It is already something almost all pets hate. The struggle of trying to get animals in the car and brought to the vet or groomers is a hassle in itself. Within the comfort of their own home, you can have your fur-babies nails trimmed!

I have always loved animals and still have a deep passion to help and care for them, and now I get to do it in such a unique way that brings me such great joy. I truly enjoy meeting all of your wonderful pets, and I get to connect with all of their amazing owners who I know each fur-baby loves and cares for so much.
